Description:
The EOPORT platform demonstration aim to showcase how services can leverage on NRT data access within minutes from being sensed onboard satellites.

A ground station can transfer data to EOPORT in parallel to satellite data acquisition, enabling immediate production on the received data within the EOPORT platform (public cloud).

Based on the type of satellite data being received from a ground station, EOPORT will activate production workflows (chain of commercial services) whenever the received data matches service subscriptions from end-users.

Using the EOPORT VideoWall service this demonstration will present Sentinel-1 SAR imagery produced and presented on a 3D earth model in parallel to data acquisition taking place at the ground station. If no active Sentinel-1 direct broadcast is available during demonstration, data transition from a ground station will be manually initiated.

The demonstration aims to show business potential to service providers that can benefit on access to data within minutes and thus bring value to their customer portfolio.
