• The demo will show how to create a fresh Sentinel-2 mosaic at 10m resolution with a European coverage.
• A new microservice specialised in making mosaics on-demand will be used. The microservice is built by Spacemetric AB.
• The approach makes it possible to allocate massive processing power to build the mosaic instance in a relative short time. Mosaics can be built on a daily or weekly basis using this approach.
• The microservice is based on the AWS cloud and the total cost for processing a European mosaic is about €69.99.
